Your medical records are held in the strictest confidence. Information is not passed on without your consent unless it is within the confines of the NHS, by legal framework, or is in the public interest. Certain anonymous patient data may be shared for the purpose of public health and audit, research, teaching and training.

This practice is registered under the Data Protection Act.

As part of our plans to improve our service to you we have produced this website which tells you about the practice and how to access the services we provide. A practice booklet is available in English or Welsh from reception or can be downloaded by using the links below. Large print booklets and an audio CD version, in english only, are also available from reception on request.
